We also need to change this percentage by putting more capital projects, diversifying the economy and creating jobs for the youth. Finally, the issue of STA is very important for this country. We are losing a lot of money. The government MDAs have cash lying idle in their bank accounts. At the end of the day we end up borrowing more money. That means we also need to put a lot of pressure on the National Treasury to make sure that we embrace STA to solve all our liquidity problems.
