I would like to request a Ministerial Statement from the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security with regard to the fatal shooting of Messrs. Ibrahim Oketch Ondego and Joseph Nyaberi, who were shot on Wednesday, 23rd November, 2011 in Kawangware, Nairobi.
