    "content": "There are various petitions on declaration of state of emergency in accordance with Articles 58 and Article 96 (6) of the Constitution, which enables this House to adjudicate on state of emergency and anybody who has an issue with it is able to escalate it to the Supreme Court. In so doing, the Supreme Court will be guided in the way they look at infringement into any statute and the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution to ensure that we enjoy peace and tranquility forever."
