Indeed, there has been leadership in that Committee through the Chair, but also the Committee itself has stepped up to the plate and did the work that it is required of it by this House. Kenyans who sent us here might never get the opportunity to face people like those who were making the building of the SGR a gravy train. Since Kenyans are unable to come to this House to represent themselves, they have to depend on us."
