    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, in view of the chronic problem of landlessness in the country, and especially in the Coast Province and being cognizant of the fact that large tracks of land are owned by absentee landlords; this House urges the Government to urgently take all measures necessary to acquire the said land from absentee landlords, and distribute it to squatters already residing within the land and in neighbouring villages."
