If the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission finds you guilty, you can still not be subject to hold public office. You must be taken to court. You must take an appeal. The final arbiter is the Supreme Court of the land. When the Supreme Court convicts you, then you cannot hold a public office. It is not a Member of this House or a Committee that will tell you: “So-and-so will not hold a public office.”"
