    "content": "much what the hon. Member who spoke before me said because that is exactly what I intended to say when I put in my request. It is very important that we, as leaders of this country, do things the right way, correctly or with order. We are very concerned and saddened by what is happening in the Tana Delta. To see women and innocent children being killed in big numbers is barbaric, sad and it reflects badly on our nation. The concern of this House must be registered; that we are very concerned. I urge my colleagues, hon. Members, to adopt the amendment because we can only approve what has been asked. One can only approve what has been requested and you cannot just approve something that you have imagined. Even the leadership of this country is, definitely, concerned with what is going on. All we can do is to support the amendment to urge the leadership to act the way they find necessary. They have felt the feeling of the House which is to sort out the problem whether it is by deploying the Army or whichever way but leave it to the right arm of the Government. We cannot approve something but we can urge. This is also the United Nations (UN) language. Let us act in a civilized manner. I thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker and support the amendment."
