    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I wish to thank the Chairperson of the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget for the answer he has given. I want to seek some clarifications on the fact that this country has recently floated some Euro bonds and there is certainly some money which has flown into the country, hopefully into the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), but which belongs to the Government of Kenya.
