    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this is a very important Bill, not only to the Government, but to the whole nation. Therefore, I urge my colleagues that we just indulge. I am sure that after Clause 100, we will move faster. This is because there are very few amendments after that, so that we complete in the shortest time possible, but extend the sitting of the House. This is part of serious legislative business and we expect as Members of Parliament, that once in a while, time will come when we will need to extend time to serve the people of Kenya. Thank you.
