I want to appeal to the recruiting agencies - and I stand to be corrected - to give provision for people who completed Standard Eight and to set a minimum of D+ (plus) grade. This will ensure that we have people who are committed and who are there to protect this country. Otherwise, if you recruit graduates, they will not be interested in the security of this country. In conclusion, the prevailing security situation in the country will definitely deny the Jubilee Government the chance of making our economy to grow at double digits. No single investor will invest in an economy whose political future and security is not assured. I want to ask Kavuludi, the Inspector-General of Police and the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government to ensure that the situation is normalized."
