    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me send my condolences to the families of the Kenyans who were murdered the other day and those who were murdered before. I do not think that the problem of security in our country cannot be categorized. Look at the kind of security that we, Members of the National Assembly and the Senators, arrange for ourselves. If you go to the counties, you will see how the governors have arranged for their security. The only person who has no security in this country is the common mwananchi . We attribute this to selfishness, tribalism that has taken root in our country and corruption that has been institutionalised in our country. All the people who matter can arrange their security, but the common man is left out."
