So many amendments on the Floor of the House have actually not been carried because they were provisions that constituted a money Bill in terms of Article 114. Hon. Speaker, we felt that there was no need for us to vote on that particular amendment, unless it is first processed by the Budget and Appropriations Committee. We call upon you to uphold your earlier rulings about amendments that touch on money Bills, and that you have made a number of times. I do not doubt your competence on that. Thank you, hon. Speaker."
