    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 34 by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)- (1A) Where an offence is suspected to have been committed under section 26(1)(b), the Clerk shall make a request to the Director of Public Prosecutions to take such action as may be appropriate. Madam Temporary Chairperson, I think the amendment is self-explanatory."
