    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to support this amendment. I think the difficulties that we are in, in the current dispensation are: “Where do citizens send their complaints to?” By putting this under the national authority we are likely to standardise issues of complaints that may arise from different counties across the country. I beg to support."
