    "content": "I, therefore, rule that the Office of the Member of Parliament for Kajiado Central, or any Member, does not fall vacant on account of his nomination for appointment as a Cabinet Secretary. Such a Member will only be required to vacate office by tendering his resignation prior to assuming the office of a Cabinet Secretary, should the House approve his nomination and the President appoints him.
