    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I rise to oppose this Motion. Why I am doing this is because I have had a practical experience. You remember hon. Speaker you chaired the Committee on Appointments when we were vetting the Cabinet Secretaries. You remember I was a member of that Committee. Now that the vetting of another Cabinet Secretary is coming, I have just learnt a few minutes ago through “kangaroo means” that I have been removed from the Committee on Appointments."
