    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker for giving the opportunity to talk on this Motion. From the outset, I would like to say that it is not bad to borrow. That is why we have financial institutions and capital markets. It is from borrowing that we can grow our businesses and economy. I will not support this particular Motion the way it is without further clarification and more information being provided.
