    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. One of the most exciting things of serving in this Eleventh Parliament is seeing our new constitutional order rolling into action. Right now, it is really gratifying to see Article 132(1)(c)(iii) of this Constitution coming into force, which requires the President to submit a report for debate to the National Assembly on the progress made in fulfilling the international obligations of the Republic."
