    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I rise to second. I want to make it clear to the Members so that it is understood. We only did a cross transfer. If you move from a certain Committee to PAC, then you are replaced by a member from PAC. We agreed on that and that is why there should not be complaints. In the case of hon. Cecily Mbarire, when she moved out, she exchanged with the person who was in that other Committee, who is the one who came to PAC. It was likewise in CORD. Those Members who are moving to PAC have been replaced by the Members who have been taken out of PAC. That is what our Coalition and the Jubilee Coalition agreed.
