    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this chance to contribute to this Motion. I support the Motion by the Budget and Appropriations Committee and I oppose the amendments by the Senate in that the Budget process was done fairly well. If these amendments are meant to benefit the county governments, they should have come at an earlier stage; now the Senate wants to put us in a very awkward situation.
