Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “except in cases where procurement of professional services is governed by an Act of Parliament applicable for such services” immediately after the word “disposal”; (b) in subclause (2) by inserting the words “the entire” immediately after the words “respect to”. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Clause 5 says that this Act shall be final in matters of public procurement except for professional services where there is an Act that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
