    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I stand to support the amendment and say that it will assist in the devolution process that is in this Constitution. Instead of concentrating power to the Cabinet Secretary in Nairobi, you find that even the CECM at the county level will also be accountable as far as the process of financing is concerned. It is a good amendment and I support it. Thank you."
