I support this amendment because when you look at the issues revolving around procurement they relate to procurement issues, finance and legal matters. That is why we have the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). The aim of introducing youth and people living with disability is so as to comply with the law. Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
