    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I rise to oppose this amendment. As my friend Chris has said, I am opposing this amendment alluding to the fact that from the previous amendment, we have just added the youth and people living with disability as members of the Board. We are again saying five years of experience and I think we are really contradicting ourselves because by the time youths graduate from the university---A youth is somebody under 35 years. So, if you are saying that somebody graduates from the university and should have five years experience then we are locking out the youth from this. I agree with my friend Hon. Chris that as the chairman, you do not need a degree in a relevant field because your work is to chair meetings."
