"content": "It is not fixed for ordinary members now. We are improving it from the way it is on the Bill to reflect what the Members are talking about. It is not honest to say that we should not have qualifications in any field. Even for you to come to Parliament, there is some specific minimum criterion. For you to become the President of this country, you must have a degree. That is not discrimination. For you to become a governor, you must have a degree. It is not discrimination. So, it is wrong to say that by putting qualifications, you are discriminating other people. We want to make sure that the people appointed to boards perform in those posts."
