    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support the amendment. In most parastatals and institutions, there is no harmony. The involvement of the Public Service Commission in developing a criteria and terms of reference for the staff is the best way to go about it. Rather than leaving every Board to develop its own criteria and terms of service, it is better to invoke the regulations, so that all of them are harmonised."
