Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 24 of the Bill be amended in subclause (3) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (f) — “(g) capital expenditure to be undertaken by the Authority.” Clause 24 deals with the budget estimates of the Authority. The Committee agreed with Hon. Gumbo that the estimates should include the capital expenditure to be undertaken by the Authority. Hon. Gumbo had a strong support for that."
