    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I support the amendment. I wish we could reduce it to five years. The reason is that the difference between 10 and seven is very small. The logic behind this is that young people should be taken care of in public appointments. It would make even more sense to have it at five years. I support the spirit."
