    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to support this amendment. I thank the Chair of the Departmental Committee for the consensus we built. Under Clause 33(2) (f), I felt very strongly that, in addition to the disadvantaged groups, we should specifically include citizen contractors, women, persons with disabilities, youth minorities and other marginalised groups. So, I just want to say that the amendment was introduced by me and I am in full support."
