It makes a lot of sense to ensure that even as we enforce procurement procedures, we safeguard other national interests, which include protecting confidential information. We have already taken other actions to safeguard public interest in the way public resources are spent like in audits. So, it would be imprudent to require those documents to be made public when they relate to national security."
