    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, as said by the Mover, I support this amendment although it was brought this morning. It does not deal with procurement itself, it deals with submission of procurement plans to the National Treasury. It has nothing to do with the actual procurement. It deals with publishing or submitting the procurement plans to the National Treasury, which may lead to insecurity. I support the exemption of the national security organs from the requirement to submit to the National Treasury their procurement plans."
