    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to support. That amendment was largely proposed by me. The import of that amendment is basically to make sure that the procedures required in Subsection 1 shall be consistent with this Bill. All procurements should be undertaken in strict adherence to Article 227 of the Constitution. Article 227 deals with the principles of public procurement. That is what we added and we had the concurrence of the Committee."
