Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 46 of the Bill be amended:- (a) in Sub-clause (3) by:- (j) deleting the word “gotten” and substituting therefor the word “obtained”; (ii) deleting the words “or whoever is responsible for procurement” appearing immediately after the words “procurement function”; (b) in Sub-clause (4)- (i) by deleting the words “of at least three heads of department of the procuring entity, one of whom shall be the head of the user department” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor “heads of user department and two other departments or their representatives” ; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
