Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 56 (1) of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “procurement management unit” appearing immediately after the words “head of the” and substituting therefor “procurement function”. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, we are simply inter-changing the words “procurement management unit” with the words “procurement function” in order to be consistent with what has been used all over the Bill."
