    "content": "To take the House down memory lane, the late Minister Hon. Michuki was invited by a Committee of this House in the last Parliament. He was told that his relative is doing business in the Ministry of Environment. I was in that Committee and the Minister said: “So, where is he going to do business if he does not do it in Kenya? We need to define it because it can be abused. We agree with what is written here. It is good we go further and say that you cannot do business with a corporation or State officer if that is your immediate family, that is, your spouse and children."
