Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 69 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting subclause (5) and substituting therefor the following new subclause (5)— “(5) A procuring entity may charge a fee for obtaining tender documents as prescribed by regulations and stated in the tender documents.” (b) in subclause (6)— (i) by deleting the word “engineer” appearing in paragraph (b) and substituting therefor “engineer’s”; (ii) by deleting the words “procurement management unit” appearing in paragraph (e) subparagraph (vi) immediately before the words “ensuring that” and substituting therefore “procurement function”. This one is just changing the word “engineer” to “engineers” and also changing “procurement” to “procurement function”."
