Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 73 of the Bill be amended— (a) by renumbering the existing provision as subclause (1); (b) in subclause (1) by— (i) deleting the words “person responsible for procurement” appearing immediately before the words “shall ensure” and substituting therefor the words “accounting officer”; (ii) deleting the word “will” and substituting therefor the word “shall” in paragraph (e).
