"content": " Member for Bomachoge Chache, you make a lot of sense. Your line of argument is very logical but the Departmental Committee Chair only helps to moderate your discussion. I want to think that you should hammer this one out in terms of texts. This is because you say that you do not want to have a situation in which tenders are subsequently altered at the expense of bidders who went home knowing that they had quoted favourable amounts. So, you are conceding that there is need for regulations. However, you are also saying that it is the tradition in that business to have some mathematical errors and so on. Now, that is something which I expect you people to bring to text and agree on what you want us to do so that we do not waste a lot of time on this. Hon. Chairman, are you willing to have some kind of discussion about this with the Members? This is because I will just put the Question as it is if you are unable."
