    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 89 be amended by deleting sub-clause (7). Sub-clause (7) talks about audit. We did it in the Public Audit Bill, 2014. It refers to public audit by the Auditor-General. How does an audit issue come into the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Bill? That was why I brought this amendment after I went through the Bill. Maybe the Chairman can help me out. If it is an audit issue, that was well covered in the Public Audit Bill that we passed."
