In fact, for a long time, I thought he was speaking Italian or some funny language. I understood that it was only the Clerks-at-the-Table who understand what is going on while Members consult to get help. However, I take that advice except that we are trying to be very fast. So, Chairman, if it is according to the Order Paper and Members are not seeking clarifications, let us go as fast as we can.
