    "content": "to propose that we decentralise registration of companies from Nairobi. We should have the registration of companies being undertaken at every county. Secondly, we also need to reduce the charges that the youth, women and the disabled persons are being charged. When you ask a company formed by the youth to pay over Kshs60,000 to the NCA, then that is impossible. As much as I support a few amendments which were done by the Senate, I do not agree with the clause on the staff and the percentage even though it has been raised to 20 per cent. I would have liked it moved to, at least, 40 per cent. With those few remarks, I support."
