I want to say at the outset that when this Bill came up for Third Reading, I had close to 40 amendments on Clauses 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20, 21, 22, 24, 24, 25, 27, 31, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 48, 50, 54, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 67, 68, 72 and even on the Schedule. I am happy to note that most of my amendments have not been touched by the Senate."
