    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, why would police officers allow this vehicle to proceed from the point where it was intercepted for another 12 kilometres when it was clearly posing danger to the public? I have also spoken to the driver of this truck and he confirmed that he was not driving the vehicle. I have also spoken to members of the public, including those who rescued the police officer after he sustained injuries. They also confirmed that it was the police officer who was driving the vehicle. I also spoke to the person who had hired the vehicle and he confirmed the same. Therefore, I seek your direction; where do we go from there when we are certain we are not being told the truth."
