    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Let me congratulate my colleague, Hon. Sakaja, for bringing this Bill to this House. I support it because of the empowerment of our youth. The Government has done a lot to empower the youth. However, this Authority will further strengthen and protect the rights of the youth. Their talents should be exploited collectively.
