You realize that the response was given sometimes back and there were some supplementary questions that the Senator wanted to know but I did not know exactly which areas he wanted me to respond to because I had given a comprehensive response. That is my position: The additional information on Garissa Teachers’ Training College which had been closed but by the time we were responding, the students had already reported. That is what Sen. Obure was trying to know. The students have already reported to the college and a lot of work had been done by the county government and the national Government.
