    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I sincerely want to thank all my distinguished colleagues for their very able contributions. I have had the opportunity to record quite a number of them. I want to assure the House that all their contributions shall be taken into account. More importantly, I want to encourage them to bring forth any amendments that they may have. We, as a Committee, shall take all those amendments into consideration. This will ensure that favouritism, tribalism and nepotism in the county governments in terms of appointments will come to an end.
