    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to oppose that amendment. We must promote a culture where Kenyans accept to retire once they have given service. Just as we have term limits for presidents, we should also have term limits for chairpersons. In the case of Members of Parliament, they have no term limits. This is the only job that you can keep seeking until you feel like retiring. On a very serious note, Kenyans have problems retiring from senior positions. We need to put limits to that."
