    "content": "THAT Clause 24 be amended (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - (b) a representative of each county government whose area falls within the basin; and (b) by deleting sub clause (2) and substituting therefor the following new sub clause− (2) The Cabinet Secretary shall, by notice in the Gazette appoint the chairperson from amongst the members appointed under subsection (1) (a), who shall hold office for a period of three years."
