Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 101 of the Bill be amended by─ (a) deleting the words “If the Regulatory Authority is satisfied that, notwithstanding the imposition of measures under a special regulatory regime, the default has not been remedied and is not likely to be remedied by the licensee, it shall, subject to the Public Finance Management Act with the consent of the” appearing in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “If the Regulatory Board is satisfied that, notwithstanding the imposition of measures under a special regulatory regime, the default has not been remedied and is not likely to be remedied by the licensee, it shall, subject to the Public Finance Management Act in consultation with”; and, (b) deleting the words “Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the words “Regulatory Board”."
