Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 107 of the Bill be amended by ─ (a) deleting the words “A county government executive or the Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (1) and substituting therefor the words “The Regulatory Board”; and, (b) deleting the words “a county government executive or the Regulatory Authority” appearing in Subclause (2) and substituting therefor the words “the Regulatory Board”."
